These terms govern your use of the Jungian Dream Analysis plugin for ChatGPT (the “plugin”), provided by Nikita Dmitrijev (the “developer”). By installing or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

What the plugin does

The plugin is a skills-only package: a set of text instructions that guides how ChatGPT reflects on dreams you describe. It offers a non-diagnostic, reflective framework inspired by Jungian ideas. It runs entirely within your ChatGPT conversation and does not connect to any external service.

Not professional advice

The plugin does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Interpretations it offers are reflective possibilities, not facts about you or your mind. If a topic touches your mental health, please consult a qualified professional. Do not use the plugin in emergencies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the plugin only within ChatGPT and in compliance with OpenAI’s terms and usage policies. You may not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the plugin as your own product.

Intellectual property

The plugin’s instructions and this website are © 2026 Nikita Dmitrijev. Your dreams and your conversations remain yours; nothing in these terms gives the developer any rights over content you create or share while using the plugin.

Disclaimer of warranty

The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Availability within ChatGPT also depends on OpenAI.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or wellbeing arising from or related to your use of the plugin.

Changes

The developer may update the plugin or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
